A triumph of Mother Nature
The vineyard of the Borde-Rouge Priory is set in one of the most picturesque locations in the region.
Located in the commune of Lagrasse, itself recognized as one of the most beautiful villages in France, it is at the very heart of the Corbières region. From its’ position perched high on the hills of Mont Villebersan, the Borde-Rouge priory can be seen from afar when following the Corbières wine trail. The chateau and its tower are set off beautifully by the pleasing lines of carefully tended vines in 38 hectares of distinctive red soils. Little can surpass the panoramic views of white rocky outcrops contrasting against the red earth, punctuated by 200 year old pine trees sculpted by the wind, all contributing to an enchanting atmosphere that makes Borde-Rouge feel simply out of this world.
